You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. This congregation, Nazareth Lutheran Church, exists to contribute to the well-being of its community with the message of forgiveness and eternal life in Christ Jesus, and with works of charity, English classes, and family and community activities.

Committed to fulfilling the Great Commission, we mobilize to guide people to the crucified and risen Christ and to the Baptismal Font; and to nurture their saving faith by the means that Christ provides for his church. We also give away clothes and food to people in need. In the name of Jesus Christ, the only SAVIOR OF THE WORLD.
